5.2. Access and Cooperation Model (Affiliation/Use Partnership)
To comply with the legal frameworks for software distribution, by purchasing this service the customer becomes a “Beneficial User” or “Associate Member” of the global development account of www.cheapelementorpro.com. This grants the customer the right to use the installed software, provided that it remains under the technical infrastructure and supervision supplied by our team.
5.3. User Restrictions
The customer is expressly prohibited from attempting to extract, resell, transfer, sublicense, or distribute the technical activation key (license key) used for activation. Any attempt to manipulate the code to separate the license from the technical services provided will result in the immediate cancellation of support and revocation of access to the software, without a right to a refund, without prejudice to any rights provided under applicable law.
5.4. Limitation of Liability and Scope of Support
www.cheapelementorpro.com acts solely as a technical implementer certified or authorized to use the software in third-party projects. We are not the software’s creators and do not own the intellectual property rights to third-party brands.
Any failure inherent in the software’s core code, updates from the original developer, or future incompatibilities falls outside our direct responsibility. The support included with the service covers the initial activation and one free reactivation, as described in Section 5.7. Subsequent reactivations are paid services.
To provide the activation service, the customer agrees to give the technical team access with an Administrator, Support, or other role with sufficient credentials to activate the software on the specified website.
The term of the technical activation is strictly subject to payment of the subscription and will last no more than one (1) calendar year, counted continuously from the date the service is purchased, regardless of when the customer requests or provides access for activation.
For multiple purchases (packages with several activations), the one-year term for all activations will begin on the date of the original purchase. Delays by the customer in designating the destination websites or providing the required technical access will not suspend, extend, or postpone the service expiration date.
Activation Hours
Our customer service hours, and therefore our license activation hours, are 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
In our time zone (GMT+2), the current time is 21:01 h, although it may be a different time where you are located, and we may take a little longer than usual to respond.
Full license functionality is guaranteed only when activation is performed on a website running a current version of WordPress obtained through the official channels at www.wordpress.org, with all plugins and themes updated to their latest versions.

The customer expressly acknowledges that this business relationship is established solely and directly with us. Therefore, the customer does not become the holder, owner, direct licensee, or customer of Elementor Ltd., and has no right to make a claim directly against that independent developer.
Under no circumstances will the customer be given access to our Elementor master accounts, product keys (license keys), activation files, or any other digital enablement method. Requests to access, view, or share—through any technical or audiovisual means—our administration panel, control panels, or internal account infrastructure are also strictly prohibited.
5.5. DOWNLOADING AND INSTALLING THE ORIGINAL “ELEMENTOR PRO” PLUGIN
The .zip file that the customer must download and install on their website to activate the license is available in the order confirmation email and in the “My Account” area.
The customer is responsible for installing the plugin on the website; installation by our team is not included in the service. For us to activate the license, the customer must download that file and install it on their website, even if another version of Elementor Pro is already installed.
The file available for download from our website comes directly from the plugin developer, is the “Expert” version, and contains no patches or modifications of any kind.
5.6. BACKUPS
Before we access your website, we strongly recommend that you back up your website and database, or make sure that your hosting provider has done so and that you know how to restore the backup.
There are several ways to back up your website. We recommend using the “All in One WP Migration” plugin, which lets you download a backup of your website and database to your computer.
This plugin is free and allows you to download backups of any size. Restoring large files requires the “All in One WP Migration Unlimited Extension” plugin, which you can purchase from the developer’s website.
As a complimentary item with the purchase of any of our products, and without any commitment on our part to maintain working or updated versions of the plugin, a version of the “All in One WP Migration Unlimited Extension” plugin is available in the “Downloads” tab of the “My Account” area. We are not responsible for problems or incompatibilities with existing plugins that may be caused by activating the Elementor Pro license or the “All in One WP Migration Unlimited Extension” plugin.
Important Notice: If you have a security plugin installed, such as “Wordfence,” a login-hiding plugin such as “Hide Login,” or any other plugin that acts as a firewall, we recommend that you read its documentation or contact its manufacturer before making a backup. 5.7. ACCIDENTAL DEACTIVATION AND REACTIVATION OF THE LICENSE
Please do not connect Elementor Pro to an account other than the one we used to activate your license, disconnect the license, or switch to an account that is not ours.
For Elementor Pro to provide all its features, including templates and the Theme Builder, it must be connected to our professional account. If you connect Elementor Pro to a different account, you will not be able to access those features.

5.8. GROUPING LICENSES
Licenses purchased separately on different dates may not be grouped. For example, three licenses purchased on different dates may not be grouped into one package because they are separate subscriptions with different prices, expiration dates, and terms.

5.9. SUBSCRIPTION RENEWALS
Cheap Elementor Pro and any of its variants are subscription products with automatic renewal. The service term is stated on the product sales page, cart page, or checkout page.
Your subscription payment will automatically renew at the end of the applicable subscription period and will be charged in advance at the beginning of each billing period.
Amounts charged for an automatic renewal will not be refunded. Please also see the refund policy in Section 7.
Right of Withdrawal
Once payment is made, the customer receives access to the benefits included with the product, including the ability to download Elementor Pro and access other materials, resources, or tools available in the private area, such as template kits and backup software. The right to request a refund does not depend on whether the customer has downloaded, used, or installed these resources, or whether we have activated the license.
The customer expressly requests that the supply of digital content begin when the purchase is made and acknowledges that, once supply has begun, the customer may lose the right of withdrawal with respect to that content, provided that the customer gave prior express consent during checkout, expressly acknowledged the resulting loss of that right, and all other applicable legal requirements are met.
Technical activation is a separate service. If the customer requests that this service begin during the statutory withdrawal period, the legal conditions and requirements applicable to services will apply. Failure to request activation, or the fact that the license has not yet been activated, does not by itself create a right to a refund.
Renewal Reminder Emails
We automatically send informational emails 15 days before the automatic renewal date. The email tells you that the subscription payment will be charged using the payment method you selected.
The email includes links to review your subscription, update your payment method, or cancel your subscription if you do not want it to renew.
You are responsible for ensuring that these emails are not archived, deleted, or treated as spam. We use secure protocols to help prevent emails from going to spam, and we recommend setting up a filter with your email provider so our address is not treated as unsafe mail.
5.10. LICENSE ACTIVATION AND LIVE WEBSITES
Elementor Pro license activation is performed online. Your website must therefore be hosted on a server that is accessible over the internet, and we must be able to access it from our location using the usual login method.
Websites hosted on an intranet or local network cannot be activated until they are live. We also do not activate websites hosted on a server that the final domain does not point to—that is, websites that can only be accessed from the customer’s computer after changing the hosts file.
To access your website’s administration area, you must provide the necessary access, such as an Administrator account, a Support role, or another role with the ability to activate the license. You must not have a security plugin enabled that blocks our access, nor plugins such as “WP Hide Login” or any other method that changes the usual login path or prevents normal access from our location.
Once your website is installed on an online server, you may request license activation. The annual subscription term will be counted from the purchase date, as stated in Section 5.4.
5.11. SERVICES NOT INCLUDED
Services not expressly offered in the purchase terms, on the product sales page, or in advertising on this website are not included.
No advice or training on how to use the plugin, consultations, or technical support from our company or Elementor Ltd. is included, except for the activation support described in Sections 5.4 and 5.7.
5.12. COMMUNICATIONS
To activate the license or perform any other necessary work, we must contact you to obtain certain information, such as login details, passwords, or other relevant information.
We typically communicate through WhatsApp, our automated messaging system, or email. We will use the same communication channel to notify you of news, updates, renewals or payments, and any other information we consider relevant.
Please do not delete your email account without notifying us first. We also ask you to keep your WhatsApp communications and disable automatic message deletion, as these records help us contact you and identify your subscription.
Make sure that emails from our outgoing mail server, sent from admin@cheapelementorpro.com, are not marked as spam or redirected to a place where you cannot see them. We sometimes send important information about your order. You are responsible for staying up to date with these communications. For example, we send notices about upcoming subscription renewals, service cancellations for nonpayment, and other important matters.
If we do not have an appropriate way to contact you or the information we need about your subscription, we will be unable to notify you when necessary.
6. CANCELLING PAID SERVICE SUBSCRIPTIONS
You may request cancellation of your subscription renewal at any time and without providing a reason. Cancellation will prevent future renewals but will not entitle you to a refund for any paid time remaining before the subscription expires, without prejudice to any rights provided under applicable law.
7. REFUND AND WARRANTY POLICY
Once payment has been made, refund requests for amounts paid will not be accepted, because the purchase provides access to the downloads, resources, and other benefits included with the product, whether or not the customer ultimately downloads or uses them. This policy also applies when the license has not yet been activated.
For subscriptions, amounts charged for an automatic renewal will not be refunded once the charge has been processed. Canceling the subscription will prevent future renewals but will not entitle you to a refund of amounts already charged or of paid time remaining before the expiration date.
The foregoing is without prejudice to any rights granted to consumers under applicable law.
